JayBro Group LLC is a licensed, certified public accounting (CPA) firm founded in 1998 and located in Fairfax, VA.  We are a small, minority, and woman-owned firm.  We are organized into five primary practice areas:  Financial Management, Audit Services, A-123 Compliance, Program Management, and Information Technology.

Our Team

Qualified staff is the linchpin of any successful project.  JayBro has a team of highly qualified individuals with the skills and expertise necessary to meet the unique requirements of our clients' projects.  Our team has proven technical skills to respond to any task received.  The dedication of our team is reflected in our consistent low turnover rate and our reputation for excellent quality work on time and within budget.
 
The JayBro project team will include the following personnel classifications:
 
Project Principal, Project Manager, Technical Manager, Technical Advisor, Core Team Members, and Quality Control/Assurance Manager.
Management Approach
 
Our structured approach allows us to manage the most complex projects.  Each project is segmented into manageable task groups with objectives and deliverable.  At initiation of each group of task the project team validates scope, confirms the timeline, and identified the necessary resources.  At the completion of each task group, the project team verifies the accuracy and completeness of the deliverables, finalizes appropriate reports, and updates project documentation.  A sign-off from the client is received prior to the start of a new group of tasks.  JayBro employs many tools to ensure that our projects are completed on time and within budget.
